David Ortiz is taking a wait and see approach in talking about his failed PED test in 2003. According to the New York Daily News, it is possible that Ortiz is one of eight players to test positive for a legal, over the counter (at the time) supplement.
The Florida Marlins picked up a game on the NL East leading with an improbable walk-off win over the Chicago Cubs. Dan Uggla and Cody Ross hit back to back homers with two outs in the bottom of the ninth to beat Kevin Gregg. Final score was three to two.
